Automatic C/Z Changeable Purlin Roll Forming Machine Controlled by PLC 

     Automatic C/Z changeable purlin roll forming machine may make many models 

C/Z purlin. Forming wheels distance adjusted by manual or motorized. The cutting 

and punching system were fixed at the output. We are skilled in producing. These

 model forming machine . We have advanced designing, producing and installing

team. 

     The whole line are consists of decoiler , feeding guide and leveling device, roll 

forming stations,hydraulic punching hole system , hydraulic cut to length device, 

hydraulic station , PLC computer control system and output table. 

    We designed and developed the new type C/Z purlin machine which have much

 better performance . The length and height can be adjustedby the PLC control 

system. The valid material thickness for this purlin machine is 2.0-3.0mm. The width 

can be adjusted from the range 100mm to 300mm. The depeth can be adjusted from

 40mm-80mm.

     Automatic C/Z purlin machine can help customer to save human cost and raise 

the production efficiency. And one more advantage of this machine is the customer

 do not need to change blade mould for different dimension cause the cutter is pre-cut 

before roll forming. The whole line include the automatic decoiler or manual decoiler

for coils from 5ton to 10ton, deeding guide device, straighten and leveling device, roll

 forming machine, roll forming parts,hydraulic cutting and auto stacker or manual 

stacker for finished products. This line can be automaticly controled by PLC control 

system by setting the products length and batchs.
